I had a mixed experience at the hotel, as it offered some really enjoyable moments but came with a few significant drawbacks. The staff were immensely warm and welcoming, providing great service throughout my stay. However, the room conditions and the dining experience felt underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. The location was a bit tricky, especially with the ongoing roadworks making it difficult to get around. Overall, it has potential but needs improvement in a few key areas.
