I had a mixed experience at the hotel, as it offered some really enjoyable moments but came with a few significant drawbacks. The staff were immensely warm and welcoming, providing great service throughout my stay. However, the room conditions and the dining experience felt underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. The location was a bit tricky, especially with the ongoing roadworks making it difficult to get around. Overall, it has potential but needs improvement in a few key areas.

Rooms

I was initially pleased with the size of the rooms, but cleanliness was an issue, especially with the mirrors and bedding conditions that were far from ideal. After moving rooms, I still encountered some problems with the bedding setup. Rating: 5/10

Service

The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to help us with our needs, from moving rooms to providing welcome drinks. Rating: 10/10

Location

The location was a bit of a letdown. It took us over an hour to walk to the beach, and with the roadworks, it felt unsafe to walk around at times. Rating: 4/10
