the hotel staff served a nice vegetarian dinner even after closing the kitchen. the front desk staff was lovely and helpful. putri from the restaurant team delivered the food to my room. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of local and western dishes.
The furniture in the rooms looked a bit old. the decorations were great!

the hotel has a central location near shops approximately 100m away. it is fairly close to the airport and also next door to transtudio. the location was perfect though there were some minor downsides.

the beautiful twin rooms are large, clean, and modern, with beds being the size of king beds. rooms have great storage with a wardrobe, drawers, and safe. room service is readily available.

I found the rice at breakfast consistently undercooked. Upon informing reception, i expected management involvement, but i was directed to the restaurant staff, and they did not address the issue adequately. the room corridors were humid, and lacked carpeting which detracted from the overall comfort i expect. the absence of a dedicated spa service desk and staff made it difficult to book treatments or even locate the spa facilities. A significant oversight in service.

The pool was a beauty and offered a relaxing escape. i found the staff very kind. Wijaya even drove me so i could collect my handbag from a restaurant nearby. this was after i left it at lunchtime. the facilities were also great to have available.
My bathroom smelled like sewage. This was not ideal. the tiling looked good, but the doors were bad quality and falling apart. it looked like the whole building needs painting really soon.
